Not the best security company - Unarmed Guard Weiser Security Employee Review

I had a great time with this company and the job itself. I found it to be rather easy to get acustomed to the job as a noobie.

I didn't really have any issues while working here. I really enjoyed it and the site I worked at,

The management at the Fort Myers branch is top-tier. They go above and beyond to help their employees. They are always on the ball and doing more than they should have to. They make coming to work easier.

Corporate is terrible and cheap. The corporate policies set are pathetic. They punish you for the mistakes of others and make working for the company as a whole not worth it. The benefits are terrible and give you no incentive to do better. Then they wonder why the turnover is so high. You could be an excellent guard, and the most you'll get is a crappy bonus (in the form of a gift card) and a thank you.
