Pros
It can be a friendly atmosphere. It’s a good job for a resume builder & to learn some experience. If you have questions, you can usually find help easily and learn from your mistakes.
Cons
Management cares about management. It is one of the most unorganized businesses I hope I will ever be a part of. Roles are constantly changing- so quickly that you don’t stand a chance to adjust to the change before it happens again. Building is falling apart. Bathrooms are disgusting. Machines are constantly breaking down. Management makes a lot of promises that they do not keep. You will be promised to be hired in position “X” but will be used as a fill in in many other positions first. Be ready for a lot of excuses.
