Welch had a record year for profits, but used the pandemic as an excuse to stop all perks from employees. They decreased pay, stopped 401k contributions, took away Christmas bonuses and parties and even stopped giving out Welch wear. We can’t even get clean water to drink. We went 3 weeks without heat in the office, in January. They move people around without notice and overwork anyone who is actually decent, while allowing the slackers to keep slacking.
