Don't work here - Sales WellSaid Labs Employee Review

This is one of the worst places I've ever worked. Even with a remote-first environment, they managed to create a poor work culture. There's no collaboration across teams, leadership has a huge ego and is changing [bad sign], funding is looking unlikely [meaning it's a dying startup], market awareness is non-existent, pay is suboptimal, goals are set too high, feedback is only negative from leadership, and while the product sounds impressive, it's certainly not enough on its own to ensure longevity [which seems to be blamed on the employees for some reason]. This company is utterly disorganized and mismanaged. There are some people who are good trying to remedy the situation, and I don't mean to ruin anything for them. But prospective employees should be aware of the current situation at WSL.
