Pros
Good place to clock in, clock out, and collect a non-competitive, pretty average salary. Jobs are fairly stable. The benefits aren't terrible, but also not amazing. Middle management and most folks "in the trenches" are very knowledgeable, hard working, and passionate.
Cons
WellSky is built out of acquisitions, but very few of the products are actually integrated, leading to confusion for customers and even colleagues. Not only are the products not integrated, most of the teams aren't either. The integration process is so poor that most of these product teams still operate as separate, yet "internal" companies. Executive leadership is very disconnected, yet the organization is extremely top heavy. Remote employees, especially who came from acquisitions, are treated as second class to those working from the HQ office in Kansas. A lot of employee churn, several teams very understaffed, and burnout is very high. A lot of senior talent has left in the last 6-8 months. Leadership values sales targets over everything else, including the quality and security of the products. 5% performance bonus is absolute maximum unless receiving a promotion
