Definition of Toxic and Dysfunctional workplace. Company like slogans as values but doesn't live by any of them. Decisions are made last minute and then changed. Junior staff hired whilst the senior management is under-appreciated. Out of touch at the top. Mean girls and cliques are the "culture" Reported my boss to HR several times and I WAS FIRED. Bully mentality. No career path No time to learn new job skills No advancement unless you kiss up Poor treatment of employees
