3yWe appreciate your thoughtful and balanced review. You've identified many of the strengths Gympass offers as an employer, and we are glad that these have made an impact on your experience. We also equally value the cons listed in each and every review, as they help us reflect and grow. We know it has been some time since you wrote your review, and in that period we've made several exciting changes that speak to some of the cons you mentioned. We've brought on a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer with extensive experience working at high growth companies across the US market. He has already made an impact since joining in February, and we're eager to see how he continues to impact our growth in the US. On the 401K front, we instituted a match which began this past spring, and employees now can benefit from this additional contribution to their retirement accounts. On the comp side, we continue to monitor the market to ensure we are competitive, and make adjustments when necessary. This has resulted in some comp increases, and we will continue to be proactive, in partnership with our Comp & Benefits team, to ensure Gympassers are compensated appropriately and that our pay remains attractive to candidates and employees alike.
