- Successful and forward thinking company with friendly colleagues/directors and a professional work environment. - I was provided with plenty of responsibility for both short and long running tasks. Allowing me to both challenge and prove myself; progressing further in my career. - Everyone was very knowledgeable and competent within their respective field and the environment meant for an enjoyable time working at Wellmeadow. - The company directors were always keen on finding ways to make the work environment even better. - A great place for self starters and motivated people willing to contribute with their own ideas. - Coffee from the coffee machine in the office kitchen was fantastic and the regular after work company get-togethers were always enjoyable. - The office is located in the heart of Shrewsbury town making local amenities very accessible.

- Small team size could result in you being the sole person in the office that day. While this was fine for me, it may not be everyone's' cup of tea. - Some of the desks in the office are rented out to other companies, occasionally they may be loud and distracting. This can be negated with headphones. - Occasionally, the cooking smells from the kitchen can drift into the office.

An environment that nurtures and encourages independence and initiative. Lots of opportunities to learn and progress. Very transparent with regards to progression, structure, salaries, etc. Opportunities to try your hand at things you're interested in and develop your skills. Everyone's opinion is valued and considered. Directors are very knowledgeable and always striving to grow the business with new tools, systems and processes. Flexible. Tidy modern office with good facilities.

You're given the necessary tools to succeed and won't be micromanaged, but this also means that you will be given responsibility over your own work and learning. For people who like lots of direction, this could take some adjusting to. No office parking which could be a con for some however expected being in the middle of town, and you benefit from that convenience in exchange.
