You're given the necessary tools to succeed and won't be micromanaged, but this also means that you will be given responsibility over your own work and learning. For people who like lots of direction, this could take some adjusting to. No office parking which could be a con for some however expected being in the middle of town, and you benefit from that convenience in exchange.
