Pros

We are a Pediatric Therapy Center that partnered with Wellness Works and Brandon for consulting. Brandon was and continues to be amazing. He truly wants to see your team succeed in the most ethical and helpful way possible. His dedication to Therapy, putting the patient first is first and foremost and is extremely encouraging. Since we are a start up, we had lots of questions. Brandon was able to answer those and point us in the direction of assistance even in areas he may not have been an expert. He makes you feel as though you are the only one he is working with, and if there are potential conflicts of interest he is very upfront and truthful. He has become such a vital member of our growth that he is frequently copied on ownership emails to receive his feedback. We wouldn't be in the position we are in with his mentoring and dedication. If you have a Therapy clinic or are looking for ethical and patient centered answers to anything Therapy related, Brandon and Wellness Works is definitely the place to start, no questions asked.

Cons

He says "I'm just being honest" a lot, which isn't a con, he really is, being honest.

Pros

I have been with Wellness Works Management for five years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The CEO demonstrates exceptional fairness in both decision-making and leadership. His ability to effectively manage the company while also prioritizing the well-being of employees truly sets him apart. He genuinely cares about his team and consistently goes above and beyond to foster a positive, supportive work environment. Fairness is evident not only in compensation but also in scheduling, which reflects a strong respect for employees’ time and work-life balance. It’s rare to find leadership that is both highly competent and deeply invested in their employees, and that combination has made Wellness Works Management a great place to work.

Cons

At this time there are no cons.

Pros

I have worked for Wellness Works for several years now and after being in healthcare for over 30+ years I can honestly say it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I genuinely love working here! The team is incredibly supportive, and there’s a real sense that people want each other to succeed. Leadership is honest and transparent, which builds a level of trust that’s hard to find. Everyone is dedicated to doing great work, and it shows in both the company culture and the results we achieve. The company also truly takes care of its employees. The salary is competitive, the benefits are excellent, and there’s a strong culture of appreciation—hard work never goes unnoticed. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with genuine care for its people, but this company does exactly that. I feel valued, motivated, and proud of what I do every day.

Cons

I honestly can say nothing poorly against Wellness Works. In all transparency fantastic to work for!

Wow — thank you. After 30 years in healthcare, for you to say this is one of the best companies you've worked for... that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. We don't take that lightly. What you described — the trust, the appreciation, the sense that people truly want each other to succeed — that's the culture we've worked hard to build, and it means everything to hear that it's real and felt from the inside. Culture isn't something leadership creates alone. It's something the whole team lives out every day, and you are a big part of why it works. The RCM world can be demanding, and it takes people with your level of experience, dedication, and care for the work to truly move the needle for our clients. We're lucky to have someone who brings both the expertise and the heart. Thank you for your trust, your years of commitment, and for sharing this so openly. We don't take any of it for granted — and we'll keep working every day to be worthy of it. With genuine gratitude — Brandon Seigel, CEO Wellness Works Management Partners
