If you want to be someone else's robot then this job is for you! You are often assigned tasks with little instruction. Payroll department is a nightmare to work with. Things are very sketchy and quiet. Pay is very low for the work that you put in. You are promised things without any follow through. When asking a question, you sometimes never get a response or it takes asking the same question multiple times. The best perk about this position is that it is remote and you get flex time. Only insurance offered are high deductible plans. Management is great at covering their bases for other people in management, HR but do not have their employees best interest in mind.
