      Pros

      Nothing, this place is very difficult to find any pros.

      Cons

      The pay in incredibly low (below living wage), unfair work conditions, supervisors do not listen to the concerns, morale is extremely low. This place is slowly losing employees, and instead of hiring new people they take the workload and place it on someone else which creates burnout. This place is deplorable.

      I love the mission & I love my team I work with. Everyone is so supportive and actually cares. I love being able to help others too.

      Cons

      There isn't really any negatives. Every work place and job has its ups and downs that's life & working with people.
