      The culture is a positive one and an number of the Executive Board are really pushing to change the organization and in particular, improve the WRU as a place of work. Since joining the company a lot has been done in this space.

      Cons

      External factors and pressures mean that change is hard and slow.

      Pros

      You get full training and then get assigned a team, from my experience this team ends up being your family at the stadium. You know that they’ll support you at any point.

      Cons

      These teams can sometimes make it difficult to join or crossover into another, because they are so close-knit it can become a bit cliquey until you merge yourself in there over time.
