Pros
Great benefits; time off is your time off and there is not an expectation to work while being off creating great balance. Some people were really great to work with. IT group was very responsive.
Cons
The culture needs work. Consistency would help in how things in practice worked between employees. There are definite favorites which made it hard to advance and those who sour the group are allowed to continue. HR could be a lot more welcoming.
