      Pros

      Solid product with nice people in most areas of the company.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry with small profit margins. Intro comp plan was fair, but after the first two years they force you into a scaled commission structure that pays you very little until you reach $200k in profit.

      Pros

      Small company feel with large company benefits. Friendly, cooperative employees. Significant growth since acquisition by Toyota that has been managed well. More opportunities for growth than ever before.

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains to be expected with rapid growth.

      Pros

      Good compensation, fair benefits, strong stable company. Because it is small (115 or so employees) employees are often tasked in different directions which I enjoy. Not the same thing every day. It allows you to develop your strengths.

      Cons

      Training for inside staff can be lacking- a lot of learning by doing. Very old school company, none of the "fun" perks that new companies would have.
