Extremely low pay. No opportunity for growth. Very high expectations with little to no training. Middle management obsessed with gaining titles and looking down on others and pushing work onto whoever they can. No communication until someone needs something from you. Never get more than 3% increase yearly no matter how much you accel and contribute to a department.
