Great healthcare, but toxic culture undermines support - Anonymous employee WesTech Engineering Employee Review

Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

The company seems to be doing the best they can while navigating the changes associated with the new ownership. Swire management seems to really want to make WesTech a great place to work by producing a good work environment and some really nice benefits. The people within my job role are excellent to work with.

Communication is rough. Changes are sudden and not fully thought out. If they would beta test things I think we would have more success but they seem to be in a hurry to pass the problem onto the end user. Trainings are also lack luster. Facilities in the RRP building (2nd floor men's room) are terrible.
