      As mentioned it is free as long as it give a possitive result to the company. Short descision ways in the company.

      Cons

      Not so good follow up by the management team when it comes to changes proposed by the employee during different meetings.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
