      Pros

      Since the Swire acquisition the company has more of a large business feel. Lots of investment in the company by Swire for long term growth. Benefits are better than they used to be and more paid holidays.

      Cons

      Some of the culture is gone because it's more of a large company.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
