      Mid-size construction company / GC - if you commit to them, they’ll make sure to take care of you. Upper management is very open and willing to pay attention to your needs.

      Pros

      - made me feel important and part of the team, felt very much like I was contributing to the on going project - learned a lot of new things and got to work with subcontractors on a personal level, learned a lot about how the rest of the field works as well - seems like the company truly cares about each other

      really can't speak of any, i had a lovely time
