This firm is the epitome of a bigoted culture. As a gay employee, I felt discriminated against every day I worked at this firm. They do not support employees but pour alcohol on wounds to mask the poor situations that below market rates create. Many of the leaders at the firm prefer to employ misogynistic practices to get the team drunk to mask the underlying currents of a hateful white homophobic drunk culture of white straight males.. If you deviate, they will alienate you and ruin your career.
