WestPac has the most modern and streamlined process and philosphy packaged together. The only complaint I have with WestPac is the CRM smart office is anethma to the value that we as reps are providing to clients. It shouldn't be this counter intuitive, clunky, or have such a steep learning curve to move clients through the process...

The level of training and process they provide is exceptional, and if you follow leadership guidance and put in the work, your odds of succeeding in this industry increase dramatically. One concern I had coming in was the insurance side of the business. That concern was quickly put to rest. It became very clear early on through training that insurance is simply one tool in the toolkit. Across the board, advisors and leaders here only implement insurance solutions when they genuinely make financial sense for the client, never as a forced recommendation.

This industry is not for the faint of heart. If you are a new advisor be prepared to make short term sacrifice for long term gratification. Your future self will thank you!
