      -Franchise instead of Commercial -Smaller office meaning better candidate/agency relations -Fantastic branch manager -Acknowledgements of job well done and freedom to try new things -Empathy for Personal Life and understanding of when things need to be done or taken care of during work week.

      - Long commute - Have to provide own insurance
