Was a struggle to recieve work related materials like towels or gloves

friendly employees. Managers knowledgeable and too much expected of them Plenty of work to do.

Company expects you to work up to a certain hour maximum. Hate paying overtime yet do so with certain employees. this shows favoritism. They want the work accomplished and will let you get overtime and then not pay for those extra hours . This is a labor violation. Some employees do the extra work and extra hours and not complain fearing reduced hours or reprimands.They should be fair in paying employees for all the hours they have worked and earned. This is a matter of honesty from employer to employees. They need to have better communication between managers owners and employees. Some trainers here need better training and tested to see if they can train fellow employees.
