Pros

Great people to work with and the customers are a great part of the job.

Cons

Lots to do little time. High turnover. Parking lot horrible get yelled at everyday and management will not do anything. From my previous experience here, management just wants to make money and not care for what the customer wants. They don't care as long as people are working their butts off. There are several health issues with the building but they don't want to fix it. I.E. gas leaks, pump leaks into the ground and water supply, that's why they are chained up on the diesel side.

Pros

You get to know your customers and coworkers, small stores, good personal environment, employee grocery advance.

Cons

No shift differential for overnights, schedules do not give proper notice, understaffed, do not start earning vacation time for a year, management will not take any action to cover or get shifts covered, breaks are not offered, time for lunch is not given, high risk of robbery and assault, standing without breaks for entire shift, high turnover rates.
