Pros

tell you many benefits to lure you to the company but difficult to materialized

Cons

If they want to get rid of you, they will layoff you without notification. And HR will force you to sign severance document not to say any bad word to the company since they pay you severance. There is employee stock option plan, only after you work 3 years then you can materialize it. Same as other benefits. The worst thing is HR policy does not allow managers to give you reference after your leave.

Pros

Work is monday to friday 9 to 5 with an hour long break, i enjoy helping customers with their insurance needs helping them find a policy that meets or exceeds their needs.

Cons

Poor office management, manager cannot help in the polices as they dont know how to use the systems. Tells you just to get it done, even if your unsure of the process. There is lack of training for newly licensed employees. Sent to cluster office for 3 days of "training" where the team lead was too busy to teach. Training ended up with just processing mail. There was the expectation to know how to write polices after being told to forget everything you learned in level one training as its not relevent to the job.
