Every year, we conduct a thorough review of projects identified to help improve and support our systems and ways of working. Our goal is to make it easier for our People to do their jobs effectively, and in turn, provide the best experience to our Customers.
Western has many roles, both in the office and remote. While there is no focus on moving back to the office, it's important to recognize that some roles are in the office to ensure our Customers receive the experience they need and to provide certain employee groups with the on-site support necessary for success in their work. We strive to be flexible when possible and where it makes sense.
