Great office culture, opportunities to grow and learn, top notch leaders, and a strong belief in work/life balance.
Cons
As with any large company there will be some cons, but the pros heavily out weigh them.

Work is monday to friday 9 to 5 with an hour long break, i enjoy helping customers with their insurance needs helping them find a policy that meets or exceeds their needs.
Cons
Poor office management, manager cannot help in the polices as they dont know how to use the systems. Tells you just to get it done, even if your unsure of the process. There is lack of training for newly licensed employees. Sent to cluster office for 3 days of "training" where the team lead was too busy to teach. Training ended up with just processing mail. There was the expectation to know how to write polices after being told to forget everything you learned in level one training as its not relevent to the job.
