Pros

Work from home (sort of) ESOP (profit sharing) Decent pay plan (new employees only, get out before year 2)

Cons

Benefits are extremely expensive and probably the worse I ever had Employees are treated like children and micro managed (Honestly, I would not be surprised if office employees had to raise their hand to use the bathroom) Sales force is not allowed, yes ALLOWED, to interact with other departments unless it’s via email and must be kept to two emails even if the recipient did not (which they often don’t) answer your question Reprimanded for asking for clarity if anyone in the base office finds it offensive Sales is never appreciated and never does a good job despite carrying the company Self sabotaging behavior from funding and dealer services that continually goes uncorrected Management sets unrealistic expectations based off of excel spreadsheets If the job is not done their (management) way it’s wrong Unprotected territories Overall poor decision making Treated like you’re disposable Tenured rep pay plan Rude and condescending supervisors

Wow! I'm sorry your experience has been so negative and am surprised you have stuck around. Your feedback is indeed a gift, even if we don't entirely agree with all of it. Of particular note was your statement on micromanagement -- I don't like that kind of environment either. At the same time, we know what works in terms of the activities required to drive the outcomes we are seeking for our business. I strongly believe that all of us as team members can "earn the right to be left alone" by consistently executing well on the basics, and I hope you can earn that right if you remain with us. You also mentioned how we paid for a survey when all we needed to know is right here on such online reviews. Interestingly, you might be surprised to find that the survey results from the "paid survey" showed the External Sales team, which you identify as a part of, as the most engaged and positive out of all of our departments. No doubt, the feedback we receive from online reviews is also relevant and we will use all of it in pursuit of getting better at what we do. Thanks again for your feedback!

Pros

This position does not require management to micromanage employees. All team members are eager to assist. While there may be a learning curve for those without prior experience in the automotive industry, the company provides ample resources to facilitate your transition. Compensation is competitive, with some top representatives earning over $200,000 annually. The new office is situated in the heart of downtown, offering convenient access to a variety of dining establishments. The company’s open door policy fosters a collaborative environment, with executives and managers alike demonstrating exceptional support and assistance. The company recognizes the importance of work-life balance and allows employees to use PTO/SICK time as they see fit without any questions asked.

Cons

The healthcare benefits package are expensive. No gym subsidies for employees who are trying to say fit.

Pros

Work from home and work with dealers in your area

Cons

Low low pay. So many penalties. Very possible to make sales and not receive any compensation. Benefits are super expensive. Over $1200 per month for a crappy insurance plan. Pay can bottom out lower than welfare in most states. Dealers hate working with the credit/funding department. When they cut the program it becomes impossible to find a good deal.

While we disagree with your feedback generally, we appreciate you taking the time to share. The role you were in is hard and not for everyone -- that is fully acknowledged. However, we have team members in this same role across the country who have been successful. I want to see all of them make a lot more money and with recent program changes, I know we are going to see some real success. Thanks again.
