Company is stuck somewhere in the 20th century. They wish to modernize but don't know how. Initiatives are few and typically stall before they get started. Collaboration is almost non-existent. Nobody seems willing to take action but will complain about current state. Goals are vague at best. Feedback on accomplishments is absent even if you adk. Upper management is uninvolved and somewhat afraid to embrace technology. Employees are unfriendly, unprofessional, and immature.
