Sometimes need to work more than expected, lot of pressure from client or management.

Diverse, food court inside the campus, benefits, co-workers are cool. training.

Since merging Western and Geco.. have always problems. you can get lost in the middle. you can tell all the big bosses just sit at with the bosses. no communication between the boss and the employee. sometimes they treat you bad. not professional at all. no matter employee of bosses, all people sits in cubical just depend on you, how lucky you have your supervisor. some are very mean, few are nice. not family oriented at all. in HQ is very hard to get promoted because they're very busy and they won't let u to take course if the team is busy. they will delay as much as they can. To take permission for days off is sooo hard esp. family sick, its one of the benefit, but not all supervisor will allow u to take it... i guess depend on you boss.
