Pros
A few talented and hard working colleagues.
Cons
We have some magnificent people doing amazing things at Westfall, but corporate games have started to creep in and the overall culture of the company is suffering. The senior management team seems to have lost its way while navigating the road to profitability, while intentions may be good, they have sacrificed a once strong employee-centric culture for performative activism and a lack of respect for employee value. A severe lack of gender, cultural and ethnic diversity across executive suite and the leadership team. All of the employee “groups” and trainings are extremely performative, never getting a sense that leadership actually cares about it, doing them so they can pat themselves on the shoulder, and no actions to back it up. Quarterly RIFs are the norm. The remaining team members are left to shoulder the load of the extra work. Self-promotion is rewarded over the quality of work.
