Pros
The residents made every day worth it. All employees who weren't upper management or brownnosing, were some of the hardest, most amazing people to work with.
Cons
Upper management was cliquey. HR talked trash about almost all employees. It was very unprofessional. Some Directors feared the Associate Director and said it was better to lay low if you wanted to keep your job. They will lay off hard workers but continue to add unnecessary expensive changes to the community of the facility.
