Company really cares about employees. The company provides the tools to do your job well. The company also gives you a voice in the decision making process. The regionals and support staff provide any needed support.

None that I can think of

Disgusting, roach infested properties. HR is on a power trip. Employees who are not doing their job, doing illegal things at work are considered high value. HR does not conduct proper investigations before making decisions. I was staying on property for a few months as part of my compensation package. Upon departing, I had to pay several hundred dollars to get my belongings and car fumigated of roaches.
