-Wonderful people who care about your well-being -Relaxed environment -Huge opportunity to learn about the industry. You will be surrounded with people who are are at the top of their field and they are overall happy to teach.
Cons
- Filled with 'yes men' who seem to not want to make waves by addressing the issues. -Changing business model. Becoming more corporate with every passing year. No one/no sector of the business is considered sacred or safe from the chopping block. -HQ just moved to Seattle. That commute is pure unadulterated misery.
