      Non toxic working environment Good compensation

      Cons

      You get your own HMO -- they'll give you the funds but you have to apply on your own. Issue is either you pay an upfront 6 months or 1year out of your own pocket to get an HMO if the applicant is an individual. NO OPTION to add the HMO funds to your salary either.

      As a new PM you are empowered cos the training needed is provided. All the assistance needed is given. At the end of the day if the job is not for you then it is not for you. The right skills are required.

      The situation may vary depending on the specific case, but the pressure is proving to be quite overwhelming.
