-Salaries are far below livable. There is room for advancement within your position as they are constantly changing job titles but your salary will not be reflected and will remain extremely low. -Poor organization and management. A lot of time spent working on things that will never be implemented. A lot of talk about changing processes and improving operations which will also never be implemented. Feels very stuck in their ways. -There is no regular employee skill development. Everything stays the same. When issues are brought to management or suggestions on improving processes/operations, nothing is ever done or taken into consideration. In one ear and out the other.
