Pros
Started at Whippy as one of the first sales employees with no true go to market motion. Have had the privilege of working directly alongside our CEO and CTO David & Jack. As well as other great sales, CS, and engineering teammates. Have been trusted from day 1 to try various strategies and build a go to market motion alongside a very bright team. And see the ins and outs of the business as David and Jack are transparent with everything. Have learned more in my first year here than my previous 4 years of exp combined. It's basically been a real life MBA. Incredibly thankful to be part of this team.
Cons
It's a startup with ambitious goals in a highly competitive space. So that doesn't come without extremely hard work, adjusting on the fly, and lots of hours. Not really a con to me, but it's not for everyone.
