My experience at WhirlyBall was extremely disappointing. The company has no clear structure and the management is chaotic. There’s a lack of communication across all levels, and leadership constantly makes last-minute decisions, creating confusion and unnecessary stress for employees. There is absolutely no room for growth or development and employee concerns are often ignored. The company seems to have a high turnover rate across all levels, Which speaks volumes about the internal issues. Scheduling is inconsistent and favoritism plays a significant role in decision-making. WhirlyBall has no potential for improvement without a major overhaul of it's management and company structure. It’s a frustrating place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, career growth, or a positive work environment. The General Manager lacks professionalism and integrity. They often say things to make themselves look good while shifting blame onto others. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism in their appearance and behavior, including wearing overly casual attire and engaging in inappropriate activities during business hours. While they aim to please corporate, their actions onsite contradict those efforts, creating a toxic and inconsistent work environment. This leadership style negatively impacts team morale and overall workplace culture.
