Pros
Amazing and fun product to work on. Kind and thoughtful colleagues. Perfect mix of small team startup feel, with the security blanket of ownership of a large parent company, so you know you have job stability.
Cons
Management changed during pandemic, which lowered morale of team. Unfortunately with that management shift, there were several layoffs, many of whom were a delight to work with. I cannot speak to the new management, as I'm not there anymore.
