Some really amazing people work there. Exposed to very accomplished artists just by being in the environment

Well, everyone who works there is white. In the office, there are two mix raced people, on black woman, and two Asian men in IT. Just enough to tick the boxes. Absolutely everybody else in every department including front of house are all white. I wouldn’t recommend anyone black or brown to work here, and even though they won’t be racist upfront, they will make it known. You will be vulnerable in these environments, and they will take a note and do whatever they want, just because they can. And they’ll pick on you if they think they can, and slowly but sure will push you out. HR do not care at all. And even if u suggest racism they’ll brush it off and won’t take you seriously. The truth is they won’t treat you the same as your white counterparts and the rules that apply, don’t apply to you. Best part is they don’t care either
