Pros

Joining White Lodging has been one of the best career choices I've made. This company is aggressive in the development of those who ask questions and seek answers. WL has positioned itself in the high touch, experiential urban market giving its associates a vast array of brands and sizes to hone "hospitalitarian" skills. I have truly enjoyed the exposure to industry leading professionals, from the CEO and all discipline experts. This is something I have not experienced with other hospitality companies.

Cons

I have not experienced any "cons" since joining. True to any job, you get out what you put in.

2-3 hours of actual paper work, taking the last check-ins/walk-ins, and answering phones. There is a good amount of down time if you can manage the hours.
