Great staff, Great work environment

I really enjoy working at White Pine Trading. I find the work environment pleasant and the job to be rewarding. I've personally experienced a tremendous amount of growth and have been promoted several times since starting in an admin role. The knowledge and expertise I've gained is invaluable to me. When I started with White Pine, the company was far less corporate and the staff was relatively inexperienced. I've seen a transformation over the last few years. The quality of employees has improved, managers show greater control and leadership, and thus expectations have risen. Smart, hard-working, flexible people who contribute in meaningful ways are rewarded. You get what you give!
