WRA Global was a dream job. Incredibly inspiring mission, wonderful colleagues, flexible and feminist working environment. It will be difficult if not impossible to find such a supportive and inspiring working environment moving forward.

It's a very small team and, just like with most non-profits, the amount of work can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the team has a very large focus on self-care and management encourages staff to be open about when they are feeling stressed and is supportive of taking mental health day.
