- Great benefits
- Lots of flexibility
- Opportunity to take on exciting projects
- Leadership is accessible and cares about your suggestions and feedback
- The work is exciting and keeps you on your toes
Cons
It's a very small team and, just like with most non-profits, the amount of work can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the team has a very large focus on self-care and management encourages staff to be open about when they are feeling stressed and is supportive of taking mental health day.
