The people I work with are great, there is a lot of growth happening, there is constant attempts to do things better and improve operations.
Cons
Not great compensation, poor communication between departments and with employees, can be demanding without much in the way of compensation or organization, lots of jumping into things without thinking it through or thinking how it will affect the people involved.
