Pros
Good opportunity to grow when you get work as you pick up best practices from the different companies you support.
Cons
They make promises of turning your contract position into a full time role but never do. If the CEO decides you’re no good, no matter what previous clients have said positively, then you’ll be left waiting for work to no avail. They will gaslight you endlessly to keep you hanging around as long as they can so they can continue to claim you as a number on their roster. Several of the full time employees are vicious gossips with disrespectful attitudes. The CEO has an ego the size of Jupiter. The company has shifted to focus almost solely on a few large clients, neglecting the smaller clients that built up their business the past few years.
