Cons
1- irregular pay 2- the great management growth means you sell At&t at Costco 6 days a week and make money for them. 3- one of the managers is unstable and projects his emotional issues to his employees by breaking their confidence in the name of coaching. 4- empty promises that there will be upcoming opportunities for growth and you will get promoted and get your own office. 5- the spoke of promoting an assistant director to her own office she is still waiting for her promotion. 6- when their brand has become tainted and they are exposed they move to another state and leave their protegees behind. 7 - you will never get that 40k to 50k its a dream the CEO'S as they call themselves do not even make that. 8- they are not illegal but they definitely misrepresent themselves.
