Company is run well. There are so many processes in place it is hard to fail. The management was always transparent and supportive. We all worked as a team and everyone liked each other and I learned so much by working there. The hours can be tough because we were always so busy.
Cons
The focus was always on quality service for candidates and clients but we were limited on the amount of search assignments we could take each because of the managements fear of our service suffering. I do think that recruiters could have handled more search assignments instead of turning clients away.
