      Getting to know the most coolest individuals

      Cons

      No union to protect you from unprofessional managers and they do not care about staff, and depending on where you work medications for the individuals are always incorrect, terrible workplace and environment. Please be careful working here!

      Great area manager (that NEVER happens) Good benefits You can see they are trying to change

      Still a long way to go. Everything is not updated yet way too many paper docs vs computer data entry. Very large lack of communication in the main office and the houses. You never get immediate answers. Union advocates seem to be the worse ones as they cause more chaos than do good.
