      Mission of the company is purposeful and meaningful Friendly, flexible work environment Learn how to do many different sides of a business Work to make the world a better place Few restrictions

      Compensation is minimal considering funding comes from NSF Start-up, few resources/cash No real revenue streams yet Current business partners are slow, difficult to deal with

      Pros

      Innovative products - no other company offers. Customer love it. The team is great to work with. Partially remote in Madison. Continually improving. CEO very engaged. Very family and employee-focused.

      Cons

      Growth can mean that things can be a challenge - especially with a small team and lots of learning to do. CEO is responsive and building a leadership team around her.
