      Great place to work. You’ll be paid competitively and have the opportunity to make a real impact in education.

      Cons

      Smaller company employee-wise so you may need to wear multiple hats at times which may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      There is a lot to love about WhyTry. A great atmosphere with people dedicated to helping educators and students with a really solid product. The schedule is pretty flexible and the option to work from home was a huge plus for me.

      Cons

      It can be hard to bring about lasting change that inspire a better overall culture due to some of the company dynamics and the way it is structured. However, I did sense that this was changing as I was leaving. The CEO is always willing to have honest conversations and listen to suggestions.

      Great content that highly impacts participants and those they work with.

      Cons

      No accountability to employees as well as the 2 owners. Not a professional environment which looks like a "good old boys club".
